Due to the fact that Michael Jackson was 99% plastic he will be melted down and made into Legos so little boys can play with him for a change.

I heard he was going to be buried at his Alma Mater.

Bring'em Young.

Silverback, due to some vestigal remnants of my upbringing that remain buried in my DNA, I too have a slight, illogical tendency towards respect for the recently deceased. But in the case of people like MJ, the jokes and comments are part of the price to be paid for being a celebrity - and a very eccentric, messed-up one at that.

As for the family part, what you said is true, but what others said in response has some truth to it as well. I know from whence I speak because I spent a lot of time both working and partying with MJ's father when he's come down here a few times looking at property or taking in the annual jazz festival. Here is a pic of ol' Joe mugging with my wife. You may note the uncanny resemblance to Michael at one of his earlier stages of transmetamorphigation. Almost the entire family - including Janet - had some surgery to maintain a resemblance to their most famous kin. Other than that, Joe is, contrary to what I was initially expecting, a pretty ordinary ol' guy - generally down to earth and loves to have a good time. Spoke of his family sparingly, but much like an exasperated father who has no control over what his grown-up kids choose to do. I never met Michael (nor did I care to) but I did get to say hi to Janet over the phone .

In the pic below Joe is chummin with a couple of my models. He loved being around the girls and they were only too happy to join the party wagon. Two weeks at a time of non-stop boating, bellinis and music.
