OK - it might save some energy - but where do you see it enhancing the value of
your house if every other house on the market has the same upgrades as mandated? I would think that it would only enhance your value if yours was the only one offering the benefit.
Plus, we're in the worst global recession in decades....and the government thinks it makes sense to add on more costs, more administration, more rules, and - yes - more taxes? Who thinks up this crap?
