Greg, I suspect you may find the rims come from the US and dragway make and fit the centers in Oz.
I have Ozwheels ( made in Sydney) and my rims look the same as yours and they also are marked made in US.
Yours sure look like Dragway, which is good cuz they are an Australian Company and should be able to solve your problem.
