Does anyone have links to any current "suggested library's" for our hobby?

I've searched the forum and have found a couple problems:

1) I apparently am not using the correct keywords in the search


2) The ones I can find all are broken links. RdSC400 had one but the links no longer work and he hasn't been online since 2007

3) I seem to recall that Kirkham had a recommended list also but I can't find that link either

Can anyone help me generate a comprehensive reading list?
