I read about the 60's when presidents were assasinated, race riots on the streets of many cities, drugs were introduced to society as being socially acceptable, the cold war, the Vietnam war, Cuban missle crisis, and on and on.
You Read about it. Most of the people posting about it lived through those times. There is a huge difference in reading about something and actually going through it. I love this country too and spent my time in the military in a very lousy situation, but there are things that are wrong and need to be corrected.
