This car runs very well. It would not take very long to burn off a set of tires if the traction control is switched off. The excelleration seems to be fairly strong but wheel spin is excessive without the traction control. I almost had the chance to run a new Challenger R/T but all we could do was to boot it from 20 mph up to 40 or 50. The GT stuck right with the Challenger but it is impossible to say which car is quicker. The A/T shifted very crisply with a WOT but very smoothly in stop-and-go traffic.
By the way, it got 25.5 mpg at 70 on the highway according to the computer. I will know better when I fill it up tomorrow before giving it back to National.
Overall, I have a very positive impression of the car. Now to convince my wife that a red one is what we want.
