Never heard of Hunter, or 427 Holiday (maybe someone else can jump in on those). B&B is supposed to make a real nice product, and Shell Valley has been around a long time (re-emerged recently through some change in ownership).

If a roller is part of your criteria, you might also look at Unique, they make an excellent product and their Deluxe Pallet Kit is supposed give you a real good chance at finishing it up nicely. Lone Star may have a roller, but not sure on that. And depending on your budget, there are several other top-end companies that are well known.

IRS v. solid-axle: you'll get numerous takes on this. IRS will typically be more expensive and more complex, but most assuredly offers a better ride.
