In the middle of the desert between Cajon summit (I15) and Victorville. 110 in the shade on a "cool" day! It was formed thousands of years ago as a place for homeless rattlesnakes, lizards, cactus, and a few rodents that don't need to drink water to live. Some seriously deranged Humans decided it was a good place to commute to LA, San Bernardino, and Riverside from about 25 years ago!
