Congratulations. What a thrill. I think I have an idea how you feel!

I coached back in the nineties, but my son's team could never get past the Dallas teams....but I could. I worked as a sponsor and got to see all the games in the finals most of the nineties and early 2000's. I also saw a lot of regional games and state cups. My wife and I are big soccer fans (youth and pro)....loved every minute of it!

Sometimes I awarded the National Championship Trophy, but most of the time I awarded the Fair Play Awards.

Soccer for my wife and me was fun, fun, fun...but winning a national championship would be hard to describe. I hope your kids are able to appreciate the championship and still be humble.
