Default Monterey Historic--is Shelby making an appearance?
In past years, I've seen Carroll Shelby make an appearance at the Monterey Historic. Sometimes when a famous Cobra is being auctioned he appears on the auction block to talk about the car. Though one of the Daytona coupes is scheduled to be auctioned, I haven't heard any announcement of Shelby appearing anywhere. The race weekend is Aug. 15th & 16th, Porsche the honored marque.
