Just a question and not to start any arguments, but how did people get killed because their car wouldn't start? Had they stopped and disconnected the seat belts for some reason? Or did the Interlock just fail. I could see that if they were driving and suddenly the car shut off, but if they were stopped it would seem to indicate they had stopped intentionally and should have been out of the way of traffic.
