The Governor of Hawaii had the balls to cancel the Universal Health Care for kids program. The state could NOT afford it and in less than a year, 85% of the kids covered were not eligible under the program set up. But there were so many holes in it that people were dropping the kids out of private insurance and letting the state pay for them. Good idea, BAD PROGRAM! Does that sound 100% familiar?? The liberals lament!
