Default Classic Chambered

RJCCOBRA,

I'd love to see it. I'd appreciate it if we could all all hook up and chat about it, I have got his Bud's number and if you can join us - that be great, maybe I can buy breakfast or a few beers. Feel free to send me a private message with your number. I called Classic Chambered Exhaust and spoke with the owner, great guy - very, very helpful. I love the Cobrapack setup. The only issue is that I don't want to ceramic coat them, I like the stainless look. I may have them chromed, not sure I have found a solution yet on that issue and need help with the welding.

Regarding the rear end, I call Reg Dod (the Backdraft dealer in Florida). He told me the car can handle over 550hp at the rear wheels (or around 700 at the flywheel. His dealer showcar has 750hp and uses the same rear end. I have a few calls into BMW to confirm as it uses the 2005 325i rearend. Reg did tell me that it would not be wise to do a hard launch at 4000rpm with drag radials, but could hand 2500 fairly easy. I'll keep it for now, if I start snapping half shafts like Wolfie, I put in something more robust.

Thanks - any ideas are welcome and appreciated. I am still figuring this out. I am going to have Jerry Clayton and Komet do the engine mods.
