This past spring, I installed a Pro 5.0 on my TKO. After talking to the guys at TTC, this was the shifter they suggesting using. Apparently, they had received various negative comments on all the after market shifters, except the Pro 5.0.

After a summer of use, it's worked flawlessly. It's a high quality part, firms up feel considerably, and shortens the throw a bit. I'm very pleased with it. Also, it uses the standard Mustang metric thread for the knob.

If you do change shifters, remember to remove the shifter mounted adjustable stops. Tremec's have internal stops, so the shifter mounted stops are not necessary.
