I'll be feeling your pain soon Bernie. We just bought a 62 square home on an acre out in Sunbury. Now I've got the opportunity to build my Garage Mahal. I'll be paying someone else to build this one as I don't have the time these days to do it myself.

I've just checked on the invoices and I'm not too far behind that figure, but I still don't have a registered car. Ah well. 6mths to go wrestling withn the NSW RTA. Isn't life fun.
Don't worry about your garage. As long as It's not a motor vehicle, it will be built in no time.
