Only thing I can't seem to get is the stupid felt washers for the nut and screw that adjust the float height.

I'm at 303 River Ridge Dr. in Georgetown. From whereever you are coming (Tony take 183 N. to I-35 North) Take I-35 North to exit #260, Leander Rd. (2243). Cross over the highway heading West. Go 1 Mile, you'll pass a Middle School on your Right. The road will narrow to one lane in each direction. There are three entrances to the River Ridge Subdivision. Take the third entrance. This is River Ridge Dr. and you can only turn right. This street has a divided grassy median. Proceed straight ahead, go through the first stop sign.
