Maybe the 2 of you can explain to this guys 15 yr old daughter about how her Dad won't see her graduate, go to prom, get married, have a baby, etc etc etc, because a man killed him with his car while nearly twice the legal limit (.13). But I guess it's ok because he feels bad about it and he honked his horn and flashed his lights before hitting him with the passenger side of the car.....

An everyday citizen could have served the same time just for teh DUI, let alone the Manslaugter charge that carries a max of 15yrs.

BTW, Bentley GT 60-0 is 118ft. He had time to flash his lights and honk but not slow down.... This arrogant rich guy was pissed that someone was in the road. He slowed but not enough and meant to just scare the man. The alcohol inhibited that and he hit the man.
