Its very odd. 11.9 % in Ca. Mi. is 20's%, 30+% somewhere else. Our cty and the next here in Fl. both at 15%. Lee cty. Fl. at over 30%. Seems NY is in the teens too and Pa in double digits too. All the most populous states in double figures and the national average is 9.4%
But I never took any "New Math" courses so what do I know!
