I agree the POTUS is dropping in approval rates, just trying to present a balanced opinion on various polls. Some of which specifically target the Heath Care issue in their poll. Other polls are more general and broad based about the over all performance of Obama. How the question is asked indeed makes a difference in the answer, therefore the poll data. Making it tricky to draw conclusions from any one source or any one poll.

ANY sitting POTUS would see declining approval right now based solely on the economics the country, and the world. McCain/Palin, Bush, who ever, would be seeing similiar results right now.
