I have a '66 2x4 medium riser on my bench. Using my digital caliper the hole is 2.00" in diameter and the counterbore in 2.40" in diameter (I would add a little bit to that to be safe, maybe 2.45".) Unfortuntately, the caliper head is too big for me to get it into the hole to read the counterbore thickness. I would suggest you measure the thickness of the basket and use that as a counterbore estimate.
