Mike, the cover is from a steel die I made on the lonely night shifts at work. Hand filed the raised letters and milled the recessed ones. Guys at work think I'm nuts for spending so much time on a one off cover.

Les, steal as many ideas as you like, I probably stole them from someone else so go right ahead.
