Clois: Think this through carefully, you may create a pan that is so shallow it will reduce the available volume of oil OR create an inherant windage issue within the crankcase. Get some sound advice from someone like Aviaid. I'm sure they have had a similar request before. If it is a track car, the money would be well spent on a Dry Sump.
