Just bumping this thread again....

so, vynil was used on the 427 S/C dash, but noones able to point to the spec of the original vynil or is it naugahyde ? - i dont know the difference, not common in the UK, i think, unless its got a different name.

Anyone know whether the 427 cars carried a pocket for the side curtains across the rear cockpit bulkhead, like the 289 cars? I think 289 original cars also had vynil across the rear of the cockpit (according to the Rinsey Mills book), but im not cear about the finsh on the 427 cars (vynil/leather/carpet/naugahyde).
