Hawaii is passing an "odor law" for the City Bus line here, yeah, it's that bad. Or so I've heard, I've not actually been on a city bus in years. You can get kicked off the bus if your just to "ripe".

I'm debating if there should be a semi-colon after 'bad' instead of a comma.
