I also drive mine and park it just about everywhere. I park it away from most other cars and try to pick a spot that I can keep in sight. I've parked it at a hotel once and nobody bothered it. Parked it right under the parking lot light. I use a tonneau cover and also remove the steering wheel if I can't keep it in sight at all times.
