I use the I/O Port mount with a Sony mini DV camcorder with a remote microphone under the passenger seat.
It works great to about 140 mph and then it quits.
My wife said the camera has more sense than I do as it knows when to quit.
BTW....it works much better if the automatic focus is turned off.
