As stated above, patch them up and ship them out. Also, change the law so that anchor babies - babies born to illegals are not automatically US citizens - I suspect that that would cut down on a lot of expense and a primary reason for illegals to end up here.
As for an America overseas with no passport, ID - do whatever you want with them, they are to stupid to be shipped back here - unless they have a good explanation for their circumstances.
Also, while we are at it - let's sell Hawaii to China for about $9 Trillion, along with all the liberals living there (that part is free) - that way we can eliminate our debt and unload a lot of people that seem to need a lot of government control in their lives. Also, let's do it on a day that Obama is in Hawaii!
