Default PCV Valve For Calif BAR / SB-100 ?
Starting to plan the motor for my car ... have a question.

Is there a recent new requirement requiring a PCV system, for cars going through the SPCN / SB-100 process?

I recall reading something to that effect ... does anyone know for sure ?
