Respect runs both ways. No one likes to be woken up at 6: in the morning or 10: at night because of someone's loud exhaust, horn or Car alarm. Not to say there aren't those who will go out of their way complain about a loud lawnmower at 12:noon. Too bad they can't sit down & work it out over lunch or a duel like in the old days
