Marilyn swam for 1 hour 9 minutes and 47 seconds in somewhat choppy water using the same stroke (free style / crawl) the entire time!!!
Last spring, she would get tired after 4 laps in the Williams aquatic center indoor pool using the same stroke.
She now has a problem with her shoulders from patting herself on the back for completing one of her greatest accomplishments.
Many thanks to Dan who was a great host along with Murphy (the dog) and Marty (the young blond). We had a great time staying with them.
