For 2009 and newer SB100 BAR exams, not only must you have a PCV valve connected to your carb, you must NOT have a vent on the opposite valve cover that vents to the outside air. If you have a vent, it must vent to the INSIDE of the air cleaner in order to pass BAR inspection.
