Here in Oregun we have had some "cultural" problems with our immigrants from the south. It seems that many plumbing facilities south of the border are incapable of handling paper products and the receptacle for the used TP is a trash can next to the toilet. A woman was fired a few years back for complaining to her boss that someone was tossing the soiled TP into the trash and she thought it was disgusting.
She filed suit and lost, it appears we all need to be more understanding....
On another entirely different matter Portland Oregon has a vast pristine watershed called the Bull Run. There is very limited access to the area but some very environmentally safe logging does occur. I know the company that works in the area logging entirely with horses. The horses are required to wear a diaper
to ensure no refuse is contaminating the water supply.
I asked him what he does with the cr*ppy diapers, he grins and tells me he washes them out in the creek
