Here's the link to the poll:

From that same article I was very encouraged to see that the majority of Americans DO want and ARE willing to pay for a reform in Health Care. Such facts are to often purposely left out when a negative post is made condemning the Democratic party in general, health care reform in particular.
From the article:
Quote:

, a large majority (70 percent) is concerned that if Congress fails to pass health reform, many Americans will be left without insurance (41 percent very concerned and 29 percent somewhat concerned).

A majority of Americans are also willing to pay more for their health insurance in order to provide insurance for all Americans (60 percent).

That helps bolster my faith that the MAJORITY of Americans not only want reform but are willing to pay for it out of their own pocket! It is also a clear rebuke of the constant negative diatribe we hear from many members here in the Lounge.
Simply put, the VAST majority of conservative posters on THIS web site are out of touch with how the typical and MAJORITY of American's feel about health care. This constant flow of negative talk is possibly inspired by: Personal fear (disguised as National fervor), insecurity at loosing the election (depression), desperation (what if we loose AGAIN?), and a dose of good old fashioned "red kneckism".
Those armed with the truth and a valid argument have nothing to hide and welcome a logical and reasonable discussion of the various issues.
