My Contemproary has a Girling slave cylinder, but it's not the one listed in the assembly manual. Girlings typically have a 3/4" or 7/8" bore. No one recognized the part number of the one I have. After much searching, I found the cyllinder had a 13/16" bore and repair kits are not available. I bought a new slave cylinder from Centric in CA through a local jobber. It's from a Volvo P1800, circa 1967. It fits up perfectly, although I had to shorten the push rod to make it work.
