Regarding the Registry...
I never actually put the address of the owner on the Registry because of the possibility of vehicle theft. Quite a few owners requested "city only" so that is the format of the Registry. With the email address listed for most owners, they can be contacted for get togethers or to show their car to a prospective buyer of an ERA if requested. I certainly have no problem if you use the email addresses of owners on the Registry for contact to see if they want to be on the map.
