The cross-bolts are a good sign,
but you can have any FE cross-bolted for a few hundred bucks. You could also stick fake ones on with super glue.

To be absolutely sure of what you're buying you pretty much have to take it apart (even if you see the side oiler galley, you still should take it apart).
