I posted the same question on SCOF. One response so far, but it sounds like all of the pedal height adjustment is done via the linkage in the engine compartment.
One other thing that I noticed, is that the bolt that holds the pedal on keeps backing out. I think I'm going to try installing a very thin nylon washer with a thin lock washer to keep it from backing out.
