There has been progress, the brickies worked yesterday (public holiday in Vic)
and they finished the brick work.
The final measurement was taken on Monday for the beams. They should be ready early next week (this gives time for the builder to recover from his operation today) and then he can build the second story.
All good so far. All going to plan it should be at lock up in 3 weeks.
