oil pan bolts. Hopefully just a good tightening all around will be the ticket.
I'm in the middle of negotiating a price on a short sale in Oregon. Bank is playing hard ball and some am I. I'm digging in for a long haul on this one. If they don't like my offer, I'll move on to the next one. But I really like the place, sshhhhh, don't tell 'em.
