Happy Holidays to ACCobra

http://www.clubcobra.com/photopost/d...6Christmas.jpg

At this time of year it is important to remember our friends; ones with whom we share common interests and common passions.

So to all my car nut friends.... Even if we can't be together over the Holidays to enjoy our cars and each others' company, remember...in the immortal words of Paul Teutel, Sr ... and as TC reminds us on his posts:

"The machine's just a bunch of parts, the people are real."

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you and yours also Chill. Hope everyone is doing well this holiday season.

Merry Christmas - Happy Holidays

I'm taking the week after Christmas off if anybody wants to brave the cold and take a little cruise.

Holiday greetings to ya'll as well. Randy, I've been looking at those seat heaters for the last couple of days. Looks like $100 will do a seat. Could be a worth while investment for the next few months. I've also been looking at some flow numbers for various racing heads. If I could get another 70HP or so, I would be in more of a holiday spirit.

GeorgiaSnake 12-19-2004 03:30 PM

How much $$ for those sorry heads you are running? :p

They've been pretty heavily gutted. You would need to have your intake port matched. What's worse, I have to have a new set of headers.

ToyCollector 12-19-2004 07:05 PM

Happy Holidays as well to all. I technically have some downtime as well next week and if the weather warms and I have my fuel system back together, I'd be up for a little spin.

Merry Christmas to ya all! And a great New Year too

patrija 12-20-2004 09:01 AM

Hey guys, same good wishes from Wendy and I.

I might be up for a ride during the week of New Years. I have a small problem to fix with the Cobra, but hopefully it's a quick one.

excelguru 12-20-2004 02:00 PM

Merry Christmas to everyone!

I'll work through tomorrow (Tue) and travel to GA on Wed. Run around like a headless chicken between Wed and Mon. Probably try to get back to SC on Mon, so I can spend Tue unwinding (unpacking) at home. Back to work on Wed.

Caleb will be 21 months old the day after Christmas, so this year should be a real blast. Come to think of it, I need to get a larger CompactFlash card for the digital camera (which I would argue is the best consumer product invented in the past 10 years).

Be safe and have a wonderful Christmas!

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all. I hope everyone has a safe and happy holiday.

chill 12-20-2004 02:12 PM

I'm off as well. Sounds like we need to try to put a ride together. Extended forcast calls for upper 50s mid next week.

GeorgiaSnake 12-20-2004 02:28 PM

Temps be damned - I have my heater installed.

Randy

ToyCollector 12-20-2004 04:47 PM

Randy, so do I, it's called an FE. Us big block guys don't need a heater. Remember the old adage: "Horsepower=Heat". :p

GeorgiaSnake 12-20-2004 05:01 PM

I always wondered what "FE" stood for = Free Energy I would guess.

Randy

hcollado 12-20-2004 06:46 PM

Merry X-Mas and a Happy New Year to all.

I also will have some days off next week. Keep me posted.

:)

Tony Radford 12-20-2004 07:08 PM

If all you guys are really getting together, I'll just quit! I don't need no stinking vacation!

I assume you might be speaking of natural gas. I'll be sure to share some of that free energy with you next time we are together.

Dec 29th - 2pm - Hooters

We have some momentum so I'll throw out a time and place. (see Tony, if you start the thread, you have to make decisions ;) )

How about Hooters on Holcomb Bridge 2pm Wednesday Dec 29th. That will be after any lunch crowd/traffic and if it's going to get into the 50's or 60's it will be there by then.

If we can get a decent group there (decent in size, not in behaviour), I will buy the first round ...for anyone in a Cobra.... how's that for an incentive!!

Happy Holidays All!

Hope I can make it to the Hooters outing - they always have the nicest ornaments there ;-)

BTW Ga Snake, I wouldn't say FE is for Free Energy - at least not at 10mpg! Fun & Exciting, yes
