Titling a cobra in GA

I purchased a Superformance car with a CA tital. The car has the CA exemptions but it titled as a 0000. GA wants totitle the car as a 2003 (the first year the vehicle was registered). Anyone have any asdice how I can get the car registered in Cobb county and not have to pass an emmisions test? Any help is appreciated.
