Update
I spoke with someone with some good ties downtown and they are very certain that the bill will be signed by the Gov. I don't know if it would be effective immediately or if there would be a date set.

The Senate Disagreed with the House Amend/Sub on 04/04/08 http://www.legis.ga.gov/legis/2007_08/sum/hb950.htm Haven't heard if the Governor has approved it or not. |
does this mean we could register our Superformance cars even it was manufactured in 2007 for example?

Last time I brought this up I risked being called a carpet bagger :) I believe we are entering the senate primaries now, aren't we? If so, I saw that earlier in this thread that the "commish" had some contact with SEMA. Would it be a good idea to conduct a writing campaign to get our needs across and get some legislations passed for kit cars? |
