Default AC MK IV front wheel bearing gease seals

I recently repacked the front wheel bearings on my 1985 AC MK IV (AK1085)
and damaged one of the inner bearing grease seals. Luckily I had an extra rotor with a grease seal I was able to use. Does anyone know what vehicle these grease seals were originally used on? I believe the calipers were from a Peugeot 505. Are the grease seals also from a Peugeot?

Lonny,

the seals are standard industry parts. there should be a number stamped on the outer edge of the seal. If not, take the old one to a decent parts store with a dial caliper and they can match it up.

BTW,
you are one of the few original AC MK IV owners who I sold cars to that still has the car!

Sorry about you losing a wheel at Mid Ohio.......

Best,

Rick

A bearing store could probably find/order one if you such have a shop close by. There's one here in Tucson and I'm in there a few times a year buying stuff for work. They can measure/find just about anything!
