For Cobra, Gt40, Daytona Coupe and Mustang owners and racers: World products introduces the quality alternatives in Windsor ALUMINUM blocks and two new head designs. Picture these with a set of Webers...
The Man O'War aluminum block is the clone of the bulletproof iron version, which won the 2006 Engine Masters Challenge-but weighs only
108 pounds with billet, 4-bolt main caps and sleeves. Also famous for the additional block holes which allow six-stud attachment, World has now produced a matching six stud head for very aggressive combinations, which are ideal for high boost or spray. The blocks will be options for our crate engines or sold bare or prepped. Displacements of 302, 349 or 371 (all in 8.2 deck block) or 351 and 427 (9.5 deck) will be available.
This ambitious program includes an 18 deg, conventional attachment head in 200 and 235cc runner sizes with 2.02x1.60 and 2.100x1.625 valves. The really big power head is a 10 deg. design with either 255 or 275cc runners and 2.250x1.62 valves. Flow numbers and specs will be posted here as data is gathered.
The block and heads pictured are the very first machined castings of each design and are here for inspection and approval. Availability for these parts in production quantities is scheduled for early spring. More details and better images on
