Registry shows last owner and whereabouts as Jean-Luc Giroulle in Belgium.

Thanks for the info i'm building a sprintcar for a guy that owned that car in the 60's. I have a cobra in my shop that we are doing some work on and when bill saw the car he was telling me how he loved the time he had with that cobra. (paid $3200 for the car)

The SAAC Registry says it was sold in '63 by Ben Alexander Ford in SF and that "the names of the half dozen early owners is unknown" it then pops up for sale in '78 and is sold to Bill Fischer of Kirkwood MO. etc.
Hey, don't be shy, if your friend once owned this car you should encourage him to contact SAAC so his part of the cobra's history and his recollections can be included in the cars provenance.
It was just a cool used car, now it's something else.

Kurt

Thanks, Kurt...that's good advice for him.

He should, without a doubt, get his buddy to send the info to:

...where the information will not only be treated with care, but used in a manner that will benefit other Cobra owners. Not to mention, the guy will be listed as a former owner. What's not to like?
