Not unusual. I first tried to swing a Contemporary Classic in the early 1980's. Newly married, and newly mortgaged, I met with Peter B. and did my best to make it work. I just couldn't do it in a fiscally responsible fashion (plus the "dealer" network that was set up at that time had a fellow in my area that had a certain smell of "snake oil" to him). Some 20+ years later I finally closed the deal with Peter P.  |
