Default Classic Roadster kit questions / parts wanted

I just purchased a mid nineties Classic Roadster 427C with a 460. It is 95% complete with parts included. I am looking for the cover that covers the parking brake assembly. Also the door panels were never installed, but the previous owner cut speaker holes. I am looking for new ones. Also the car has no roll bar. I would like to know what one is the best for this kit. Lastly the radiator is damaged. where can i get a good radiator that will handle the heat from a 460. Oh i almost forgot, the car is not painted. Do the side pipes cook the paint off the car???? thanks for any help.

HP, the above address here on CC of course, will answer any questions you may have on a CR! Parts are slim but everything you mentioned can be had at the listed location-including suppliers and part numbers.

Now, if you want to almost eliminate a CR's learning curve totally, grab a qt. of your favorite beverage, find a comfortable seat, set aside an hour or more and read the entire thread on "the other Ed's build...." by Cpteddie. It WILL / CAN save yours hours of time, frustration and of course money!

And may I be the first to welcome you to CC? Welcome!

HPCOBRA,
To answer your specific question regarding side pipes and cooking the paint finish, My Mid 90's Classic Roadster has a 428 big block and the sidepipes are ceramic coated. The sidepipes typically runs 1/2" to 3/4" off the body laterally and the paint still looks perfect. I personally like the tight hugging sidepipes. Makes easier for getting out of the car.
