A few manufacturers including I think CMC/Streetbeasts had that deep lip around the hood and cockpit openings. West Coast Cobra also has the lip and a similar roll bar, but that is definitely not a West Coast body. I don't think it is a Shell Valley either.

Definitely not an Shell Valley. Hood lip (as mentioned) and latch area, doors, dash, and rear bulkhead are different for starters.
