Try billetbadges.com. He has the correct dimensions. What you'll get is a finely milled badge with baked enamel letters and coloring.
They're not cheap but they're great.

Billet Badges are the best looking I have ever seen. When you hold them in your hand they are what you would expect and more.

They will change the 488 in the picture and the FE Stroker stuff to anything you want. In fact the whole badge is custom — and it is billet aluminum
