It's getting to be monsoon season here in Colorado's Front Range, so that means unpredictable thunderstorms almost every afternoon. That means morning drives on the weekends.

In fact, Saturday is looking nice, and I'm caught up, so I think I'll wander down to the Cars and Coffee at the Southlands Mall.

Guys

Every time I open up the computer I see this thread growing and I really enjoy the reading , enough that it inspired me to take the car out last night and we have a gropup cruise booked for this sunday

That will make it 7 times out and I have only owned the car for 9 days

Heavy rain this morning on the way in to work. More like water skiing than driving on pavement. And when you hit any standing water in a 2300lb car with wide tires, you ARE water skiing!!

Gotta be careful, but great fun.

I get mine out more in winter months here in Texas, but I do take it out every weekend before it gets to hot during summer. I’ll have it at the big Mustang show on July 31st and it will be a warm ride home. It’s still a blast and without a full windshield, the number of passengers that want a ride is limited.

I take mine out three to four times a week, mostly on the weekends. Here in Oklahoma, I try to take it out Christmas day & New Years day if it's above 35 degrees & dry roads. I like to start the new year driving my Cobra. This New years day the best I could do was warm it up & pull it out in the driveway.

I've had it on the road about 2 1/2 years & I never get tired of driving it, I love it!
